  I come to this McDonalds at least once a week, usually the service isn't so slow and careless. But tonight on March10th 2017. I was so dissatisfied.. I had to wait 20 mins to get cold food.. I was told to pull up and they would bring my food out in a few minutes, because they were cooking my chicken.. I asked how long would it take to finish the chicken.. the lil dude said 6 minutes.. six turned to 12min, 12 turned to 20. I did not recieve my spicy chicken sandwich, my fries were cold and the chicken was the only thing that was hot. I really dont think these kids realize, people work a lot harder than they do in some of those cars that comes throught the drive thru. They come to spend money there for them to be able to have a job. For me to be a frequent consumer I help make that possible. I am a part of this community that helps keep those cars wrapped around the building. The time that I spend waiting in those long lines, there should be team work inside making sure my food is hot and ready. My reason for saying all of this is because, I have worked in fast food for several years, at a time in my life. I know it can be busy, hint the title. They should think of themselves as one of the people waiting in those cars and understand how that wouldmake them feel waiting like that to waist your money on a poor meal. Just get it together.   Great location, food was good. I had breakfast and the dining room was maybe 25% occupied. Lots of employees behind the counter, but not much attention was being paid to maintain to the dining area. Lots of dirty tables.

  All I ordered was fries and tea. My lid on my tea was broken. Therefore drink waste all over my blouse. My fries were not fresh. The young lady with me, said her tea was hot with NO ice. Oh let's not forget about the rude young man taking our order. Who apparently was talking to a worker but we could hear. We answered he said "I'm not talking to you".
